What an amazing display of heroics by Trooper Joshua Kim. The incident took place this past Saturday night, over the Susquehanna River at the Harford-Cecil County line. Kim was driving northbound on the Tydings Memorial Bridge, when a man walking southbound along the side of the bridge caught his attention. Kim turned his car around, and was able to save the man in the nick of time. Kim told WBAL that, “Most of what you see in that video is me thinking on my own, because I didn’t want to go over the bridge with him, so I got down on my knees and pulled him back.” The man was only handcuffed for his safety, and later taken to Harford Memorial Hospital.
