I’ve always been a proponent of drinking a beer while doing any form of exercise, nothing will warm the joints quite like it. With that said, it’s nice to see this guy applying this theory to an ultramarathon. This guy participated in the 2016 Antelope Canyon 50 miler, in Arizona, and described his video as a ‘not what to do’ guide when running a marathon. I couldn’t disagree more. Not only did he finish, he ate/drank like a king, and he was able to do it all in jean shorts.
