I’m not sure what the exact dictionary definition of success is, but what I do know is that Richard Gibson has achieved it. Some achieve it through sports, some through academics, and some even through music. But 58 year-old Gibson has achieved success in the form of saved toenails. He recently was honored in a brand new Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! book, showing this fine picture of him holding his old nails.

What a stud. Ladies, if you’re not turned on right now you need to come out of the closet. Richard Gibson claims he has kept every fingernail and toenail he’s clipped in a jar since 1978. I’m no mathematician, but i believe that’s 36 years strong.

Think of all the bacteria just swimming in that puppy. Gibson said of his achievement, “It’s not like winning an Oscar, but I am proud.” Hold your head high Rich, you deserve it.
