This a big signing for the Ravens, as offensive line has been one of the biggest questions of the offseason, and had since only gotten weaker when Urschel retired and Nico Siragusa ripped his knee off.

Howard has played for the Jets and Raiders after signing as an undrafted rookie in 2010, and he’ll be entering his eighth year as a pro. He is coming off offseason shoulder surgery, so injury is a concern, but obviously the Ravens felt he was healthy enough to sign him to a rather large contract. He will make $5.5 million in year one, and will enter as the Ravens starting right tackle.
