Let’s tip our hat to Geoff Britten, Monday night he became the first American Ninja Warrior. The 36-year-old Olney, Maryland resident is a complete monster on the obstacles when he’s not busy doing freelance camera work for MASN. The finals for ANW aired last night, and Bitten displayed one hell of a valiant effort.

Britten had 30 seconds to complete the final task, which he did with a mere .35 seconds on the clock. Britten put on one hell of a show, but so did Isacc Caldiero. Caldiero completed the final challenge with 3.86 seconds on the clock, so he deserves the praise as the overall champion. As champion, Caldiero gets the hefty 1 million dollars.

Being that close to $1,000,000 is a tough pill to swallow, but there can only be one, first American Ninja Warrior.

We salute you, Geoff Britten
