Starting this season, the people who run Plantbar in the Belvedere Square Market will be at Camden Yards selling their “cold-pressed juices and their gluten-free, vegan and sugar-free line of prepared foods and desserts.” Vegan hot dogs and hamburgers, as well as other entrees will be available at the Yard, and you can top it off with some vegan and gluten-free strawberry or chocolate mouse.

No offense to you vegans out there, but nothing sounds less like a sporting event than a vegan menu. The same people that will be ordering off of this vegan menu are the same people that are gonna order a white zinfandel instead of a beer. It just doesn’t sound right in the sporting world. But on a serious note, to each his own, and it’s nice that everyone will be able to eat their choice of preferred food. And it’s always good to hear Camden is working to improve their cuisine, as they are now known to have some of the best food in the MLB.
