Mel Kiper Jr.’s Latest Mock Draft Has Ravens Taking A Playmaking Corner

It’s no secret that the Ravens need cornerbacks, and need them badly. Good thing the top end of this draft is chock full of them. Mel Kiper’s original mock draft had the Ravens taking Jabril Peppers, which would be a cool Ravens pick based on his pure athleticism and the fact that he’s just an overall football player, but taking a corner who can play outside does make more sense for this day and age.

Sidney Jones out of Washington is a 6 foot, 180 pound corner, with good hands and play making ability. He’s obviously slender right now, and needs to add a couple pounds, but has decent height and can cover outside.
