Christopher Miller is one stubborn son of a bitch. After serving 15 years for robbing a shoe store, Miller decided to rob that very same store. It was even the same clerk! Unfortunately for Miller, the end result was also the same. From The Huffington Post:

Prosecutors say 41-year-old Christopher Miller robbed the Stride Rite store in Toms River in March 2014, a day after he was released from prison after finishing his jail term for the first robbery. Police say Miller made off with $389 and fled on foot with the employees’ cellphones. The clerk had been notified about Miller’s release and identified the suspect as the same person who had robbed the store in 1999. Miller pleaded guilty to second-degree robbery on Monday. He faces a prison term of 10 to 20 years in prison when he’s sentenced in May.

While I’m not fond of Miller’s line of work, I do respect his persistence. It’s like the late, great Aaliyah once said, “And if at first you don’t succeed, then dust yourself off and try again.” Miller is going to successfully rob that store or die trying. It’s like Miller is Captain Ahab and that shoe store is Moby Dick. He now has 10 to 20 years to cook up a new scheme to finally pull off that heist. Don’t give up on your dreams, brother. The third time’s the charm!
