In an effort to encourage visitors to Annapolis, Mayor Mike Pantelides put together this gem. The idea derived from a Capital One “Road to the Final Four” promotion, which shows Charles Barkley mistaking Indianapolis for “In the Annapolis.” Mayor Patelides saw the opportunity, and he took the shot. A+ acting.
