Best Thing On The Internet Today: Runners Break To Shake Hands With 95-Year-Old WWII Vet

Respect.  That’s what these runners rightfully gave to 95-year-old WWII veteran Joe Bell.  Bell had come out to cheer on runners during the Pat Tillman Run, which is an 8K event in San Jose, California.   Pat Tillman is of course the NFL player who gave up football to defend his country, he was killed doing his duty in Afghanistan.  That is why Joe Bell was cheering in uniform, he’s a veteran supporting a veteran cause.  It’s cool these runners gave Bell the love he deserves for serving his country.

It never hurts to thank a vet.
