The Ravens kick off their second preseason game Thursday night, and after looking pretty good in a defeat of the Redskins last week, here are five things to watch for in tonight’s game.

1. Marlon Humphrey- The first round pick will make his NFL debut tonight, after sitting out last week. Fortunately for the Ravens, they aren’t relying on Humphrey to step in day 1 and be a starter, the way many first round picks are forced to do. But it will be good to see Humphrey get on the field in a game situation and see what he can do. By all accounts he had a good training camp, and we’ll get a small look into whether that will transfer on to the field or not. We’ve heard the scouting report on Marlon Humphrey a million times: very athletic and physical, can jam you at the line, solid against the run, very weak against the deep ball.

2. Can the offensive line do their jobs- Ronnie Stanley will be out tonight, but Marshal Yanda and Austin Howard will make their debuts. Losing Alex Lewis for the year is a huge blow to this line, and the coaching staff have had their hands full trying to piece this thing together. The jury is still out on Ryan Jensen at center, and with a few free agents still out there that can play the position, is he effective enough to lock down the job? When the rest of the starters are healthy, even without Lewis, the line could still be decent, with Stanley and Yanda being the strengths, and Austin Howard bringing in a veteran presence.

3. Can Tim Williams put last week behind him and come out strong- Tim Williams may have been the brightest spot throughout training camp, and he looked to be every bit of a first round talent stolen in the third round. But he was ineffective last week, and admitted to thinking too much. This kid just needs to put his head down and play. He’s a freak at rushing the passer, and that’s where his money will be made. His success could be a huge piece to the Ravens this year if he just stops thinking and does what he does best.

4. Can Brett Urban repeat his stellar game- The highlight of Preseason game number one was the play of Brett Urban. Urban went out and straight up balled, notching 4 tackles, one sack, and 2 forced fumbles. Urban figures to be the starting Defensive End, filling in Lawrence Guy’s shoes after he left for New England, and Urban seems to be up for the job. A stat line like last week’s is unlikely again, but we need to see a similar type of dominance again tonight.

5. Does Kamalei Correa look like a starter?- After the unfortunate retirement of Zach Orr, Kamalei Correa became the starter at Middle Linebacker. But he got this job more so because of need by the Ravens rather than earned by his performance. Correa wasn’t terrible last week, but he has big shoes to fill after Orr lead the team in tackles last year. A former second round pick, this could be a make or break year for Correa, who is the biggest question mark the Ravens have on defense.
